You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 1lee will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. You must notify 1lee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
1lee may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Commonly requested documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill, and a screenshot or confirmation of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the 1lee platform at the time of transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. 1lee aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. 1lee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. 1lee is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
All transactions on 1lee are monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 1lee reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems unusual or of significant value. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, 1lee reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. 1lee's decision in such matters is final.
Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay. 1lee is not liable for losses resulting from a player's connection failure. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the game will be resolved according to the outcome at the time of disconnection as recorded by 1lee's servers.
All wagers on 1lee are denominated in PKR. Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within each game interface. Players may not exceed table or game maximum limits regardless of account balance.
Bets placed on 1lee's sportsbook — covering cricket, PSL, football, UFC, kabaddi, and all other available markets — are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player except where 1lee expressly offers a cash-out function.
1lee reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds at any time. Where a bet is placed on clearly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, 1lee reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate the return at the correct odds. Players will be notified of any such adjustments.
A bet may be declared void by 1lee in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed without rescheduling within a specified period; the market was offered in error; match-fixing or corrupt activity is confirmed by the governing sports body; or the result is subject to an official inquiry that remains unresolved beyond a reasonable timeframe. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake.
In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 1lee's discretion. Bets already confirmed before a market suspension remain valid. 1lee is not responsible for delays in market suspension resulting from data feed latency.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 1lee may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee against the dormant account balance, as notified to the player in advance by email.
